Eric joined the TRI-WIN team in February 2002. He has been working in the area of maintenance technology for over 6 years as an independent contractor. Eric currently handles all types of service problems for TRI-WIN including the 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Eric is responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues and helping bring the tenants, and ultimately the owners, a remedy to their maintenance issues via telephone, in person, or with the assistance of a licensed professional. Eric currently holds an Auto Mechanics Fundamentals degree and is licensed by the Environmental Protection Agency in Refrigeration Types I & II.
